Had an appointment for 9:15 one day ever heard anything so called at 3:30pm they said oh we’re busy and never got to it, I understand it gets busy they should have called. Rebooked for 2 days later drop tr so called at 3:30pm they said oh we’re busy and never got to it, I understand it gets busy they should have called. Rebooked for 2 days later drop truck off and was told we are busy don’t know if we will get it done. It was done but why have appointments and not call back customers. Also truck was only 6mos old and I said to the guy it’s a warranty item, he’s like well I’m not sure so if it isn’t that’s $172 to diagnose the issue, More
