Good buying experience but I just bought my RS5 from here - which they did have the best price, and the staff was courteous. BUT making the customer feel like #1 is an area of w I just bought my RS5 from here - which they did have the best price, and the staff was courteous. BUT making the customer feel like #1 is an area of weakness I would say. I assumed when paying $70k+ for a vehicle it would at minimum have a full tank of gas upon pick up, it was 1/4 to empty. I HAD to ask them to fill it up, and I got the run around which was very disappointing and it never happened. I have purchased many other premium vehicles and was treated as such - premium. Its the small things that will keep a customer happy. Its not always about the cheapest price. That's just my experience. If I didn't get treated this way, it would have been a 4/5 star rating to be honest. Its never too late to make a customer a happy customer. More

Great experience! I am from a city 8 hours north of the dealer. I got an email from Marshall within minutes of inquiring. The price substantially less than other deal I am from a city 8 hours north of the dealer. I got an email from Marshall within minutes of inquiring. The price substantially less than other dealers I had spoke to. Within 8 hours, I was on a bus. They had the vehicle ready for me the next day, despite having to move it from another lot, spray in the bed liner, install aftermarket parts, do a complete detail and licensing and paperwork etc. Drove away a happy camper in my shiny Ram Sport :) Overall great experience. Quick turnaround! Highly recommend this dealership and Marshall. More

Johnny speaks Korean and Wade speaks Mandarin and they are both the friendliest sales people there. My sister bought a Fiat last month and did not know how to drive a manual transmission, the two sales reps took their own personal time to teach her how to drive the car one week after the other for two week an hour at a time. That is above and beyond exceptional service, they will make sure you are satisfied even after you have paid for your car! On top of that we did not even know how to drive it back to our house and they drove it back all the way to our house for us! My dream car is the Fiat Abarth I will definitely return to buy it in the future, I highly recommend this dealership, but just make sure you double check your car for damages before buying, we had to return our Fiat several times for repairs because the seat was stuck and the break light died, the repair center on the other hand was not the best experience, lots of miscommunication of information between the mechanics and front desk reps , but the sales people are amazing. We were introduced to Yasir who took exceptional care of us! He was knowledgeable, friendly, patient and had exquisite customer service skills. I was so thankful to have met someone to make this experience as easy and stress-less as possible. I did not feel any pressure from Yasir and felt very comfortable in weighing my options and finally making a decision. The dealership also had a BBQ going on in the parking lot I thought this was a great idea because it gave my mom and I time to sit and really talk about what our decision would be. All in all we did purchase the car that day and I could not have been more confident in my decision. Yasir had explained everything and there were no hidden factors we were not aware about. His friendly personality really made this experience easy and straight forward. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership and Yasir as a sales associate. More
