I am currently away in holidays I will respond when back For your records we were 10 minutes into drive from Your dealership when the speedometer went Yogi was not there and we never received The paperwork for this vehicle Also I bought a brand new fiat and did complain To him that I was told to fill up... No gas in the car? For someone who purchased 2 vehicles the service Was well below standards ! I told your service Department about the speedometer and was told To bring it back and wait for it to be fixed? The Vehicle should have been checked before it Was released ...

Dear Linda, Hope you enjoyed your holidays and this email finds you well and happy. I have looked into the entire history of the Caravan including the reconditioning/safety report. The speedometer had never malfunctioned in any report. As mentioned in the previous email, they are vehicles and can experience a malfunction at any time, especially when 10 years old. However, we are here to help and get it fixed for you at no extra cost. In most cases this can be a simple fuse replacement. As mentioned previously, we would be more than happy to provide you with a gas card for your troubles and to compensate for the empty gas tank at delivery time. Sales people are only human and bound to occasionally make mistakes. Our #1 priority is our customer's satisfaction and honesty in the way we conduct our business. We are truly sorry that this was not your experience, and we want to make it up to you. I can also go over both of your bill of sales personally and clear any misunderstandings. If you feel our response adequately meets with your approval, we would very much appreciate if you could amend your review. Honesty is our most valued asset and I am sure you will see that once i go over both bill of sales with you. Hi there ... Yogi advised that you DO NOT provide Gas as a policy when I questioned him not Was there any form of compensation Also the van should have been checked before Delivery .. Salesman should have been there At the time of pick up ? Customer service was not helpful and suggested my two staff return and wait why they examine The van? I appreciate your offer NOW of compensation But would not recommend or use your dealership Again I just bought a 2nd hand landrover from Hyundai beside you and the service and care I received .. Including a full tank of gas And numerous follow ups after my purchase Was outstanding and should be the norm Also I see a secondary site with multiple reviews and all similar in negatives that I too experienced Had I read those reviews I would not deal with Your dealership... Check them out they same pretty much the same as I do You should train your sales people and service people about the proper way to deal with clients And given the expense of vehicles one should Be responded to the first effort not the 2 or 3rd Lynda
