I walked in looking for a used car - the lady at the front desk immediately paired me with a sales person to help me find what would be my new (used) car. Now from the start I was a bit reluctant for shopping for a car by myself, thinking that I would be intimidated by a sales reps wanting to sell to much! Marshall was very welcoming and wanted to held me. Never once I felt pressure, he was interested and listening to what I was looking for - he helped me figured out the type of vehicle that would suite my needs. We test drove 2-3 cars from our search - he was kind and patient with me. I ended up leaving without buying a car that day, but I came back with my husband the next day to drive it again. We finally decided to buy it. The car needed some repair due to safety issues and Marshall follow up with the mechanic and me everyday, keeping me updated. I finally was able to pick up the car a week later, and Marshall came to my house to pick me and my baby up, so I wouldn't have to take the subway and shuttle service. To sum up, my experience was excellent and I would definitely go back to this dealer and work with Marshall again! thanks for the great work! More
