Reputable dealership they sell over 100 cars a month hi, my name is kevin. My first time going to a reputable dealership, I was sort of skeptical because I was expecting pushy salesman or saleswomen. I was greeted from a sales representative and referred to a salesman named #yogi I wasn't expecting such a patient, honest salesman, he took his time with making the right choice that better suited our needs. (I would definetely say #yogi goes the extra mile) anytime I go to the dealership he's slways working, I.e customer/client. I would say overall that dealership is a good atmosphere, and the customers matter to obtain the reputation of walking away happy with the right choice. LOOK FOR #YOGI NO ONE ELSE haha! cheers!! More

Since then, I've experienced excellent service whether getting a basic oil change or having other work done. Craig Thomson was the service advisor I dealt with when my car needed warranty work done. He got my car operational and put in a temporary part until a new one arrived at the dealership. Without that quick fix, I would've been stuck with a half open window for several days. He's a great guy and an asset to North York Chrysler. More

Good dealership but not perfect I purchased a non-Chrysler used car at this dealership. Overall, the experience was pleasant and the car was a great buy for the price/trim level. Int I purchased a non-Chrysler used car at this dealership. Overall, the experience was pleasant and the car was a great buy for the price/trim level. Interior/exterior was well detailed and the car looked great! My salesperson was professional, friendly, and very patient with me while I investigated the car over a few visits. The dealership is known for their no-haggle pricing on used cars and this is understandable considering the cars are priced lower than comparable vehicles. Unfortunately this low-price means you're getting a certified/safety inspected car and that's it. They do not offer any sort of "certified pre-owned" program like other manufacturer dealers I've dealt with. Usually a CPO car includes an additional few months of warranty, no-hassle exchange, roadside assistance, etc. Basically, they do the minimum work required to safety the car and that's it. No oil change, no top-off of fluids, and certainly no "extras" like an additional 3 month warranty. They even charge you if you want a full tank of gas. While I am happy with the purchase and sales department I can't help but mention the details that made me give them 4 stars instead of 5. More
