First Class - thanks to Heather Kavanagh Egad I had no wiper fluid spray. Spay nozzle snapped off in the cold. A quick call and they were waiting for me when I arrived. First Visit I recently purchased a used Ram 1500 with 40,000 km and two years left on manufactures warranty. The first two months I started having mechanical is I recently purchased a used Ram 1500 with 40,000 km and two years left on manufactures warranty. The first two months I started having mechanical issues with the truck. I purchased the truck in St Catherine's ,with an extended warranty from the used dealership. I booked an appointment with North York Chrysler to find out if they would warranty the vehicle and to look into the mechanical issues as well.This dealership is close to me and I was hoping on my first visit that things would work out. When I arrived on my visit I found out that I required a vehicle history before they would look at it. I was not prepared or aware of this situation and after taking a day off work ,I instantly assumed the worse . Then came Brenda and Leonora who found my history by speaking to the used dealership and the Vin number on the truck.They quickLy processed my information and told me the vehicle still had a warranty.They also looked at my extended warranty from an outside source and said they could honour that company.They were very pleasant and efficient on resolving my doubts . I went home with more confidence about the first visit. Later they called and found the problems which were under warranty .They needed the truck for one more day and offered me a rental Truck for the night ,at their cost.I picked up the truck and had to transfer tools from my truck for work.The rental people and the employees who helped you get my tools were very pleasant and accomadating. They called the next day to say the truck was ready.I dropped off the rental Truck and transferred my tools within 5 minutes of arriving.Signed off on the vehicle and thanked Brenda and Leonara again. It was evident ,after this two day experience,that this is a very well run and pleasant establishment.Brenda and Leonara were a huge factor and I'm sure if I dealt with someone else in the service department I would have had a similar experience.
