Even the secretary Chelsea was very friendly when taking my initial call. I will definitely be coming back to North York Chrysler and will also be recommending to everyone I speak to. Great Price, Great Vehicle, and Great Service I had been looking to trade in my 06 RAM MegaCab and started looking around locally here in the Sudbury area. I needed a 3/4 ton vehicle to haul my 5 I had been looking to trade in my 06 RAM MegaCab and started looking around locally here in the Sudbury area. I needed a 3/4 ton vehicle to haul my 5th wheel and soon realized that truck prices were quite significant when moving up to the 2500 (3/4 ton) models. So I went searching online and found that GTA dealerships were at least 10,000 dollars below what I could get here. Low and behold, I stumbled on North York Chrysler and found a vehicle that suited me perfectly. The price was bang on. I didn't want to waste any time and therefore contacted the dealership online on a Thursday stating that I would be willing to come in on the weekend and buy the truck if it was exactly as advertised. Ardy (Client Care Team) responded right away and sent me an appraisal form to fill out for a trade in on my truck. I took pictures and filled out the form. They offered me a fair price for the trade in and I accepted. I was then transferred to Shane (Sales Rep) who sent me the credit application, and credit card authorization forms to put a down on the truck. By Friday, Ali (Finance Manager) had gotten paperwork going and credit was approved. The wife and I drove down on Friday night (3.5 hour drive) and I test drove the vehicle on Saturday and made sure everything was as stated online. It was an more. We went in and my wife looked over the paperwork (she's a branch manager and my financial sanity checker), and deemed everything in order. Sunday came around and we were heading back home with the new truck. A few side notes: I told Shane that I would like the tank filled. He told me that it had less than a quarter tank, charged me 50 bucks (standard fee for them) and then paid for the difference himself. We went to the gas station Sunday morning. He tanked up my truck and we were on our way. At the time of pickup, there was only one Key Fob and was told that it only had one. I didn't really agree with that, but a week later we received a key fob from them. All and all, my experience dealing with Ardy, Ali, and Shane were great. I had read some reviews and focused on the negative ones, but didn't have issues as other people claimed to have. I believe if you are a serious buyer, then you are taken seriously. I basically, went in and said that I was going to leave with a vehicle and it happened. Thanks North York Chrysler More

Best dealer service experience you will ever receive. This dealership has been so good that three of my family's cars are serviced here and one is not even a Chrysler product. I've been servicing my cars This dealership has been so good that three of my family's cars are serviced here and one is not even a Chrysler product. I've been servicing my cars here for years and the service has left nothing to complain about. Very competent and their work is absolutely reliable. But more than that are the little extras that I've never received anywhere else in my 40 years of car ownership. Many garages have some sort of pick up or drop off service but these guys go beyond the 'usual radius'. Then there are the other little things such as coffee or complimentary breakfast (if you get there early enough and have to wait a little), internet access and cell phone charging stations. The cars are always returned clean and there is also the convenience of paying right there where the car is serviced instead of having to walk through some maze to get to some other place to pay. Finally, I cannot repeat how outstanding the staff are. From Leonora (what as asset she is to this company) and Brenda (always returns calls promptly), Paulo and Glen at the service desks to John who still occasionally does driver duty and always has an interesting story to tell. This has to be the best place in Toronto to get your car serviced. It certainly is for me. More
