Regarding a callback issue on my Fiat Altho the procedure took two visits - luckily for me neither took very long. First, the receptionist gets you to where you want to go in a cheerful ma Altho the procedure took two visits - luckily for me neither took very long. First, the receptionist gets you to where you want to go in a cheerful manner to set up appointments. Leonora, always courteous and upbeat, booked me in for both occasions. The first was an inspection. A mechanic was there when I drove into the service centre and in moments informed me that my car required the recall maintenance. 2nd visit - I got in two days early as the bays were a little less busy. Will, always receptive and pleasant, signed me in for the work to be done and offered me a breakfast ticket for the cafeteria. As the work would take considerable time the shuttle driver asked if I would care to be taken to a location instead of waiting. Fortunately I was able to spend some of this waiting time watching a movie at the theatre. After lunch a second shuttle driver picked me up and brought me back to where my car was all ready to go. Both shuttle drivers were excellent drivers and good conversationalists. All in all a very good day. More

Terrible customer service! Sales people not helpful, some cars are only available to finance. Can't but with cash, which means you have to pay interest and 500$ finance fees. Not all Sales Associates are good! Went in to look at the Pacifica and was helped by Danial. I asked him to show me where the vacuum was (I am a mother of 3 kids under 7) and he made me Went in to look at the Pacifica and was helped by Danial. I asked him to show me where the vacuum was (I am a mother of 3 kids under 7) and he made me feel like that was the stupidest question. He said I could just buy a vacuum and put it in the car, I guess he doesn't think the vacuum is a selling feature in a van (when young families are probably your TARGET MARKET!). I currently drive the Town & Country and when I asked what the differences between the Pacifica and T&C were he said "They're basically the same", but when my husband arrived 5 minutes later and asked the same thing, he got a more detailed answer. I also asked for ball park figures on how much the van would cost to buy verses lease and no matter how I asked him he said he couldn't tell me a range. At the end, he went and got his card, bypassed me and walked 10 feet away to my husband to shake his hand and give him his card. Danial seems to believe female customers are not worth speaking to, so if you're a sexist man, you may want to deal with him, otherwise, ask for another sales associate. More
So far ...NOT so good Purchased a Chrysler Town and Country , Thurs Jan 5,2017.On my drive home the driver heated seat light would indicate it was working but would turn of Purchased a Chrysler Town and Country , Thurs Jan 5,2017.On my drive home the driver heated seat light would indicate it was working but would turn off within 5 seconds.The seat did not heat up.Friday Jan 6 ,2017 called Loretta Taylor( who sold us the vehicle the previous night) to inform her of faulty seat . She said she would speak to the manager and inform me what to do later that day. Loretta called me Friday evening and stated she had not heard back from the manager and would be in contact with me Monday Jan 9,2017. 3pm today, still no response from North York Chrysler. Called Loretta again.She said the reason she didn't return my call was because she didn't want to tell me the bad news... "management said they will not fix my faulty heated drivers side seat". In the ad from North York Chrysler it specifically said this van has heated front and 2nd row seats...So why does my drivers seat not work?? You are a reputable company that should stand behind the product sold for more than a half hour. Loretta Taylor has my contact information .Please contact me and fix my faulty seat. More
