Overall had an excellent experience purchasing my new car. Mo was very transparent with the condition of my used car over the phone and via text prior to my visit to the dealer. Mo was quick to reply to all my inquiries and was friendly and accommodating during my experience. The detailing team did an excellent job and my car looked perfect upon pick up. Only inconvienence is that this dealership only accepts wire transfer for vehicle down payments which leaves the buyer subject to a $45 service fee with their financial institution for conducting the wire transfer which the dealership does not absorb the cost of. It would be nice if the dealership would accept certified check or bank drafts as a method of cash on delivery payment like many other do that have lower service fees to the buyer. More
