Very disappointing experience! Very disappointing in how they recently dealt with me. Not only were they not willing to accept anything but their price for the vehicle, they intenti Very disappointing in how they recently dealt with me. Not only were they not willing to accept anything but their price for the vehicle, they intentionally low-balled me on the trade-in value of my car so that they could get rid of a customer who wasn't willing to negotiate according to their rules. The ironic part in all of this is that they publicly state that they will "give you a competitive, market-led price for your trade-in". This dealership has left me with a terrible experience and I will not go back. Furthermore, I do intend on letting others know about my experience. Perhaps hindsight may be a good lesson learned for this dealership. You should do the right thing and negotiate a deal that is fair for both parties. More
