Good experience We had been looking for specific features in the jeep we intended to purchase, Yasir was able to find a vehicle that suited our needs and budget witho We had been looking for specific features in the jeep we intended to purchase, Yasir was able to find a vehicle that suited our needs and budget without having to order direct from the factory (didn't want to wait the 3 months). Yasir helped us negotiate a fair price for our bi-weekly financing and took us on the test drive where we fell in love with the vehicle. Other than that we knew what we wanted, walked into the dealership, spoke to him about the vehicle we wanted and bought it. It was an easy transaction! The day we picked the Jeep up, Mario Laron filled in for Yasir (was not present at delivery due to illness). Mario was fantastic with us. He took quite a bit of time making sure we understood all the forms we were signing and he made us feel secure in our purchase decision. He took the time to make sure all the details were done correctly and his enthusiasm really made us excited to drive our new Jeep home. He took us out to the vehicle, spent about 20 minutes showing us some of the features, adding the plates etc. For someone who did not make the sale to us, he certainly went above and beyond and treated us as if we were his clients. Also want to mention Wayne, he helped us with our warranty purchase and finalized all the financing. He made us feel at ease (we were nervous as it was our first time buying a brand new car). He even went so far as to give us a follow up call just to let us know everything was approved, I think he could tell we needed the extra reassurance :) This guy knows his stuff and is extremely professional. Together they made us feel comfortable, were not pushy and gave us a frank description of the car. They also took care to make sure the car was detailed and cleaned to make it like new before we got it. The whole experience was relatively quick, particularly when you already knew what you wanted.
