Trade-In experience I was fortunate enough to have a new generation Sales Advisor. Hassan Kadhem understood that people do not like to be pushed into purchasing a vehicle. He listen to what I wanted and worked with me to get a deal I was happy with. He understood that there are more dealerships out there willing to do business with people and he went above and beyond to meet my expectations. He was professional and approachable, and did not mind dealing with an informed customer like myself. I would recommend anyone to go and ask for Hassan if they are thinking about trading in their Vehicle. Jenn the Financial Manager was also very professional and courteous. The only thing I was not completely happy about was the interest rate the bank offered me for the vehicle I purchased, but that doesnt take away anything from Jenn and Hassan. More

Don't have what they advertise. Drove 20 miles to see a new truck advertised on their website. It wasnt there and nobody knew where it was. Desperate / harassing phone calls When searching for a new vehicle stopped by this dealer and have received numerous phone calls and voice mails since I visited the dealership. These phone calls are harassing and unwelcome and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Information and pricing I received from the sales person was not accurate or competitive. Unsure if this was intentional or if he truly doesn't know what is going on. More

Our 1st Experience and we are a satisfied customer! What we appreciated most about Bayardo was that he listened to what we explained our needs were and what price range we were looking in. He was very courteous and helpful in outlining the value in a Rav4 that we were looking at without pushing us to a more expensive model. He did mention a newer Rav4 and some of its features as a comparison which was helpful as well. This showed us he cared about what was important to us and did not try to up sell us to something out of our desired range.
