We were visit in Edmonton and our Kia Optima hybrid quit working (battery) I contacted service department they got us in the next morning and fixed the problem their device was excellent they updated me onc working (battery) I contacted service department they got us in the next morning and fixed the problem their device was excellent they updated me once the problem was identified and replaced the battery which corrected the issues . They also washed the car prior to its return and took care of a recall issue which I had just received in the mail prior to traveling to Edmonton.
