Despite an effort that was quite evident by not only the team identified but the General Manager as well, they were unfortunately not able to make the original deal work (due to lack of availability). So what did they do......gave us everything we were looking for in the original deal but in a 2016 and at the exact same bi weekly payment as the original offer!!! Everyone here was great from start to finish, from sales, to finance to the management. I was definitely hoping for this level service as i just bought another vehicle at Crosstown (sister company) and wasn't disappointed. The management/owners of this dealership group definitely know the deal when it comes to customer satisfaction/service. More

When I booked my protection package, they actually asked the driver to come in early so I could get to work on time. I was more than willing to wait until he started his shift. Easy, helpful, honest i was so happy with the team helping me find what is best for me instead of just trying to close the first sale they could find. They all took time to i was so happy with the team helping me find what is best for me instead of just trying to close the first sale they could find. They all took time to explain things I didn't understand. Easily accessible by text, phone and email. I felt like they were helpful, kind, and honest. There was no hassel with my husbands treaty card which was awesome cause my brother-in-law had that issue at another dealership. They all called to follow-up with me regarding the vehicle and financial things. I got a couple post emails and calls to make sure things were still going great. Marc was very kind and helpful with with actually getting the vehicle and following up ahead of time so that when I got there things were smooth sailing. Khristian was awesome at finance part, helped me understanding therefore making our decisions easier to make. Paul helped me feel comfortable at the very beginning by assuring me that this would be the best vehicle for me for my circumstances. I did not feel from other dealerships. I always felt they wanted to sell my whatever my first interest was and not what was best for me. When there was a small problem like the gas tank not being full, Marc got on it right away so that I would leave the lot with a full tank in the new vehicle. I get very nervous with big purchases and I don't have buyers remorse which makes me feel great. More
