Mark Ressette wasted no time politely introducing himself to me immediately as I walked through the doors and had listened as I told him about my certain problems and explained how they were my only chance to get a new vehicle. Mark greatly sympathized with my current situation and had promised to do his very best to make things work. Mark and I had spent a lot of time talking on the phone and messaging back and forth to deliver information in the most efficient way possible to ensure I was up to date with what was happening on their end. During this time I had also dealt with Olivia Rasa in finance, she was very on top of things when it came to notifying me about my case and how things were going on the financial side of things. In the end everything worked out significantly better than I could have ever imagined, and they even went as far as cutting my interest rate in half and a putting me in a fancy sports car, a lot better than I had planned for! I can't describe in words how much I appreciate everything they had done to help me when I was down and out and thanks to them, not only and I in a much better position in my vehicle but in life as well. More

Best KIA dealer in Edmonton I purchased a new 2016 Sorento Sept 2015. After 5 months of driving it I'm loving the new vehicle and I have no complaints on the 2016 Sorento awesome I purchased a new 2016 Sorento Sept 2015. After 5 months of driving it I'm loving the new vehicle and I have no complaints on the 2016 Sorento awesome vehicle to have and drive. The vehicle also went in for it's first service and hands down to the service crew as they did a fantastic job.The only negative that I would point out is the KIA rewards program. North Edmonton KIA should have awarded me 120000 worth of rewards points as I was a previous KIA owner and also referring a relative and I was unhappy that it took the dealer weeks to even activate/enroll me in the program and still never awarded me the points. Overall I would have given the dealer a 5 star rating but with the inability to award rewards points I was a bit unhappy. I would still recommend this dealership as they are professionals and awesome people to deal with. More

I've been in the market to purchase a vehicle for the last year, and no other dealership has showed as much authenticity as the staff I dealt with at north end kia, specifically David, Paul, Habeeb and Brittney. We negotiated, laughed, had good conversation and still maintained a solid authentic relationship once the deal was closed. I recommend this dealership to anyone who is weary about dealing with car sales people. David Zappacosta is a wonderful person to deal with, and I highly recommend you buy a car from him. He is friendly, helpful, authentic, attentive and courteous. Doesn't get much better than that!! Can't say enough about this dealership and how much I appreciated their business style.
