You do not want to purchase a vehicle from this dealership for safety and buyer security reasons under any circumstance. I purchased a new $52,000 vehicle from these clowns and they mismatched the dealership for safety and buyer security reasons under any circumstance. I purchased a new $52,000 vehicle from these clowns and they mismatched the tires and did not disclose it at the point of sale. I would never have purchased a vehicle much less a new one with mismatched tires for any reason. No tire manufacturer either endorses or recommends this very dangerous practice. If you lined up 1000 people and asked them if they would purchase a new vehicle with mismatched tires you would get a solid NO from all, hands down. This dealership’s screwups and deceptions cost us nearly $2000 to fix. This speaks directly to the level of honesty of the mechanical, sales and management teams at North Bay Toyota. I have written to Brent Ogletree (Salesman) and spoken to Jason Harvey (Operations Manager) with no results. My advice is stay away 100% from North Bay Toyota even if it means traveling some distance to buy a Toyota. Trust me on this one you do not want to take a chance with your safety or the safety of loved ones with North Bay Toyota. More
