I was very happy to see I could get booked in the very next day, and the dealership not only sent an email confirmation but also a reminder call! Every employee is prompt, informative, helpful and courteous. I need a pickup and drop off and they were right on time. The free car washes are such a smart way to keep happy Toyota customers for life. More

The only genuine complaint I have is on occasion things aren't communicated well between staff and it has in the past resulted in me having to schedule an extra service visit due to the lack of communication. The friendliest staff and very accommadating I don't live in North Bay but on my recent visit to your city, I stopped by to ask about a concern that I had in regards to my battery. I was told th I don't live in North Bay but on my recent visit to your city, I stopped by to ask about a concern that I had in regards to my battery. I was told that my battery was getting low and wanted to make sure that it was okay. I asked Mike if he could have it checked for me before I returned home the next day. He was able to squeeze me in the next morning. It didn't take long and I was out within 30 minutes and headed homeward bound. I know that I will always get a honest answer to my problems and never feel that I've been mislead by the staff in the service (and sales) department. I've told my friends and family that I will only buy and get service at the North Bay Toyota dealer as they have served me well over the years that I have purchased my cars there. Dee More
