i rate my experience as a 5 star. i feel they did a good i rate my experience as a 5 star. i feel they did a good job in trying to assess my "intermittent" issue of the battery draining overnight. i now hav i rate my experience as a 5 star. i feel they did a good job in trying to assess my "intermittent" issue of the battery draining overnight. i now have instruction on what to do the next time my battery goes from 12.5V to 5V overnight. although they thought the noise i am hearing under the hood is related to ABS no parts were replaced on spec. we agreed that this was no parasitic drain that is so common these days with the reduced amount of driving one does through COVID times. i had my battery and charging system checked by battery battery to cover any common problems before bringing it in. the dealership performed the same tests and all were positive from both locations. my issue has reoccured 3 times before my appointment date came due. not fun to wake up to a dead battery when heading out in the morning. i am confident that my issue will be resolved. i offered them the vehicle overnight if they wanted it and they did keep it. i also had a recall and an on schedule oil change done at the same time. hoping we do not have a reoccurrence.
