There was no pressure at all and general sales manager Dane Gehrke did everything to make me feel special and made me very comfortable by explaining all the details and numbers. Be sure to ask for Dane Gehrke or Gui Ruiz and you will get top service, I’m sure of it. Once again, Thank you Nissan of Nanaimo and I will absolutely deal with you guys again. I’m 65 years old and have not seen this kind of professionalism at any place till now. Big stigma about car dealers is behind me (history). Highly recommended dealership. Miro Krtolica More

Never Buy any vehicle from here I think service team just know the oil change and tire rotation nothing else I have my second brand new nissan Rogue from here and had some issue which service guy cant even u know the oil change and tire rotation nothing else I have my second brand new nissan Rogue from here and had some issue which service guy cant even understand and instead fixing it they made it worse. I have to go all the way from Port alberni to nanaimo for service and same answer that we will do it in next appointment. Really really disappointed by this service so I can say now never buy your vehicle from atleast at this location. More
My 63 year old mom drove two hours to Nanaimo after being convinced they had a buyer for her truck, when she arrived there was no mention of a buyer. She told the salesperson that she didn’t want to waste he convinced they had a buyer for her truck, when she arrived there was no mention of a buyer. She told the salesperson that she didn’t want to waste her time unless they were serious, for which she was assured. When she got there, there was no mention of a buyer and the previously agreed upon amount of 18,000 was lowered to 10,000. It was apparent they significantly embellished their interest to get her on the lot at which time the pushed her to test drive a Qashqai which she had no interest in. More

Buyer beware! I love my Murano with exception of the electronic problems, which in the platinum model is considerable. It is a great driving vehicle. My sales person, Brylin, was very attentive and I appreciated his efforts. Bottom line is I paid for an extended warranty that the new ownership refuses to recognize. Very disappointed in the lack of attempt to rectify the problem. Several times they tried to over-charge and it was only that we caught it and showed the paperwork that forced them to adjust the bill. I would certainly recommend Nissan but not this dealership. Next stop, media and the BBB. More

Salesman was rude and condescending. Had a good experience with the service department when I brought our Nissan Rogue in for work. Decided to use this dealership when looking for a Nissa Had a good experience with the service department when I brought our Nissan Rogue in for work. Decided to use this dealership when looking for a Nissan Truck. I was looking to test drive a Titan new or used as I have never driven one. I told the salesman I would give him my business if he could find me a used Titan. Wes MacDonald was very high pressure, rude and condescending. He was trying to force me into financing new truck, and said it was near the end of the month and he had to meet his quota. I asked to test drive a truck and he said “we aren’t in the car rental business” I’ve never been treated so poorly at a dealership before, and will be taking my business elsewhere. More
