I had a horrible experience with the manager Justin and sales person Kyle, I was told if I gave them my ford ranger that I did not want to trade in they would wave a $15,000.00 luxury tax. These guys are such a sketchy bunch. So disappointed. Stay away from these guys!! I won’t even go here for my free oil changes. I hope karma comes for them. Zero stars ! More

His name is Wes Mcdonald he works out of Nissan Nanaimo, he has his own private building on their lot he works out of. 2 years ago he sold my wife and I a Nissan Rogue, we loved that car, Unfortunately last March an impaired driver wrote the rogue off. Wes helped us not only buy a new Nissan Murano but helped us with the nightmares we had with our insurance companies. He does so much more than your average salesman.
