Blong the salesperson was a very nice guy, we have nothing bad to say about him but Andrew Page the manager was so rude! We had given the dealership a call soon after we bought our used Jeep to say that the radio was not working and neither were the high beams. They told us they had safetied the vehicle and that there was nothing wrong with it so they couldn't help us. In the meantime we had brought it away to Eichenburg Chrysler in Tillsonburg as this is the closest dealership and they looked at it and noticed the wiring was all wrong for the headlights/high beams and the wrong antenna was on so it wouldn't catch any signal. We called them back and spoke to Andrew Page who was starting to become angry at us, when my husband said he didn't think he wanted to do business with Niagara Chrysler anymore Andrew said good because he didn't want our business anyways! Eichenburg called Niagara Chrylser and they settled it so we did not have to pay for the repairs that should have been made when they safetied the vehicle. Another thing was the week after we purchased the vehicle the light came on for an oil change, I'm pretty sure for good customer service they should service vehicles when they are sold so the customer doesn't have to get an oil change a week later. Also, there was no owners manual included with the Jeep and were told we would have to buy one for $50. You would think this would be included in a purchase that was $36000??? I would never recommend this dealership to anyone as you do not know what you are getting into when buying a vehicle as they do not safety it properly and do not go out of their way IN THE LEAST to please customers.
