"Oil change brake service "

Waited forever no call. Appointment at 830am, phone back 1pm still hadn't looked at vehicle. Never seen this before. Got vehicle back 230pm but only because I called. Did nothing about abs issue.

Be careful of this dealer. Andrew does not keep his word. Been waiting for 4 months for him to give me corrected paper work as promised. I will never do business with him again. He is not trustworthy. I have already sent 3 friends to another dealer. Love my 2019 Ram but this dealer is not going to get any more of my money. Richard

"almost double the price of starter motor than anybody else"

Invoice #416271. 2010 dodge journey 6 cylinder..vehicle towed in Feb 28.2019 at 5.30pm .my wife called in the a.m.and was told need starter motor ..quoted $700.00..car will be ready around 11 a.m. they will pick you up ..my wife calle Performance Chrysler in St Catharines and was quoted $400.00 and bring car in and S/B ready in a few hours..I searchex the Internet ( Canadian ) parts and labour $433.00..Your service desk gave me the invoice $749.76..I said theye has to be a mistake and showrd them the Internet Price also told them Performance Chgrysler Price..they basically said thats the price ..pay the invoice or you can't have the car..I paid the invoice..not a happy camper will probably not go to your Company again unless this is resolved to my satisfaction..Malcolm Currie

"Service Advice"

Vehicle was towed in due to an electrical malfunction. Service advisor was called and said that the vehicles battery was flatter than piss to someone he had no previous repoir with. When asked if he had checked a known concern about the battery junction block being checked he said he needed to follow the flow chart to confirm. Understandable however when I called the day before the service staff suggested that that was a common problem and would be most likely the cause. Not sure I will take it back if it happens again. It was covered under warranty so we are appreciative of that.

"worst experience ever"

paid $30,000.00 for a vehicle which the sale itself was a nightmare. Kept telling myself I should've gone somewhere else but continued through. Each visit they kept telling me I needed more of a down payment. fine. Then didn't have the vehicle for 7 months before the ball joints went. Called repeatedly to have them look at it and they kept saying they were too busy. One guy even went so far as to tell me I couldn't have bought my vehicle through them??? seriously??? took it to a mechanic who told me there was no way it should've passed safety as they would've seen the joints going...yet here we are, an $800.00 bill I have to pay because the dealership takes no responsibility. The manager tells me I only had 36 days, rolls his eyes at me and was rude. Will never recommend, will never deal with them again and will file a complaint with every agency.

We asked to have a no charge inspection of your truck to confirm your mechanics findings. We did explain the policy of what is covered and for how long the warranty is on a used truck. In order for us to be able to determine if we are able to assist financially, we would need to confirm the findings of your complaint. Please bring the vehicle in so that we can confirm your mechanics findings. It would be hard for any mechanic to comment on the condition of a vehicle 7 months after delivery. Also after around 20,000 kilometres have been driven on the truck. It is the first time that you have returned to the dealership since you bought the truck. Four letter rants are probably not the best way to get a dealership to help or assist. We recommend that you return or reach out to management so we can discuss further. As we are always happy to assist where we can.

"Brake issue with no help"

I purchased a new 2016 Dodge Ram sport from the dealership with the extended warranty. My truck has just over 50,000km and the brakes need to be replaced already - both front and rear. The brakes are showing uneven wear, clearly a installation defect from manufacturer yet know one wants to take responsibility and help me with this issue. My vehicle is always brought to the dealership for oil changes and tires rotations. The tires were rotated on a previous oil change I had at the dealership and know one picked up on the brake issue. An inspection that should be performed when rotating tires. I purchased a 2012 Dodge Ram sport new as well and traded it in with almost 80,000km and never had any issue with the brakes. I will not go back to this dealership for any service work nor buy my next vehicle from them.
