We went to this dealership recently to shop for two new Nissans for our family. We found the sales "professional" difficult, and did not listen to what we were after. They were consistently trying to pus Nissans for our family. We found the sales "professional" difficult, and did not listen to what we were after. They were consistently trying to push us back toward options & financing etc that we did not want, and it was clear that they felt we owed them a living. Our time was wasted with them making repeated trips to see their manager. We test drove two vehicles and were there for two extremely painful hours. I have only ever owned Nissan before, and went to the dealership with the intent of buying another one. Amazingly, despite my efforts, I left annoyed and frustrated enough that I will NEVER go to this dealership again for anything. I consider it a blessing that we did not buy, and end up going there for maintenance or anything else down the road. Hard to believe the sales personality is so poor that we completely changed our minds on the vehicles. There are MANY dealers along Mulock in Newmarket, and we continued on with our shopping and had no experiences like this elsewhere. It was a cakewalk buying a car from a different maker. A shame to see the dealership go downhill like that. More
