Poor customer satisfaction I was extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service I received. There has been a vehicle on the Newmarket lot for approx. 3-4 weeks. I contacted the dealership in the morning on April 28th to see if the vehicle was still available and was told yes and it was good to set up an appointment. I set up an appointment to see the car at 5:45 that same evening. I received an email back "just ask for Ashley when you arrive and ill have everything setup for you". When I arrived I was shocked to find out that there was nothing set up in advance. I was left waiting on several occasions throughout the process. When we took the car for a test drive, there was a noise in the brakes, when I asked; I was told that Nissan Newmaket does NOT certify their cars until the sale has occurred. How does someone agree to buy a car from a "Certified Dealer" who has not even looked into the requirements for the certification? How does this dealership determine the selling cost if they have NEVER looked at the car to determine the cost of repair? What if I agreed to pay for the car and the rattling noise was still there?? Would Nissan say "that's as good as we could get it"??? I have been to other dealerships and NEVER have experienced the lack of preparation of a used vehicle for sale. In my opinion this car was not ready for sale and shocked that it was on their lot for 3-4 weeks and nothing was done. I was beyond disappointed, as I went in there last night with full intentions of purchasing the vehicle. No I will not return to Newmarket Nissan and will not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

The dealership had the exact car I was looking for to take on the test drive. Getting back to the dealership the payment offers were waiting for negation, after which Amberre lead me to TJ. TJ was also extremely honest, friendly, and helpful. He guided me through the buying process step by step and explained how it all worked. A few days later TJ called with the good news and a few days after that a picked up my shiney new car. Upon pick up, TJ was there to go over everything I was signing, and Amberre was there to go over the car with me. Overall it was an incredible experience, and I ended up with a car I was in love with. More
