My Juke Purchase Superior Service the minute I contacted Newmarket Infiniti Nissan. I contacted Nissian via email and got a quick response and was in invited in on Superior Service the minute I contacted Newmarket Infiniti Nissan. I contacted Nissian via email and got a quick response and was in invited in on June 29th to take a test drive. Upon arrival I noticed right away the atmosphere in the dealership. It was busy, live music playing and every single employee I had contact with or that I just observed seemed to be enjoying the place they worked in. I was quickly introduced to Melissa Shelley, who was friendly, comfortable to be around and professional. She immediately gave me her full attention and made it a priority to get to know me, not just as a customer but a person. I have years of experience in customer service industry and know that the customer is "your bread and butter". I've noticed a strong decline in customer service in today's retail and service businesses so I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into this dealership and recieved the treatment I did. I fell in love with the JUKE before I came to Nissan but I do believe it was my experience with Melissa and the rest of the sales personal at Newmarket Infiniti Nissan that I purchased the JUKE that day.
