Great salesman(lady), poor management We purchased 2 vehicles here and Melissa Shelley was great. She answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. She got us into 2 cars that fit our needs perfectly. However, we are less than impressed with the General Manager, Macon. We found him unreached via phone and hard to get in touch with via email. When he did reply to an email we found him rude, unsympathetic, and not at all what you would expect from a GM. We had several issues with getting our cars, the major issue being financing. We knew it would be tough for us to be financed and while we appreciate the hard work they put in to make it work, Macon wrote in an email that he "considered it an accomplishment"...this felt like a slap in the face. The dealership had a sale the day we bought our cars and sold somewhere near 25 cars. This was used as an excuse several times when asking when we could pick up our cars. We bought them on a Saturday, were told we could pick up Monday or Tuesday, that changed Wednesday or Thursday and we ended up the cars on Friday. We were told it was they sold so many cars, but honestly, that's not my problem. They were anticipating/wanting to make a lot of sales, they should have better prepared and staffed for it. In the end, I again want to mention how fantastic Melissa was, if you end up shopping around there, she's your girl. Also, Heather Lynn in financing was a pleasure to work with as well. More

He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and patient and was always available to answer any additional questions, by phone or in person, without ever pressuring us to buy. We visited a number of other car dealerships, and Steven was the only one who took the time and care to demonstrate and explain all the parts/features of the car starting from the outside to the inside of the vehicle. We took the car out for a test drive a few times, and Steven took his time to show us the features of the car and let us get a a really good feel for the vehicle. We were never rushed! Thanks for a great experience Steven...you were extremely helpful and your knowledge of the product was top-notch. We love our new Murano! More

Sales experience had some bumps, but it all worked out If I could rate Amberre separately, I would give her 5 stars. She genuinely cares about helping people find the car they want and won't quit until they're totally satisfied. However, to purchase a new car at this dealership, it seems you need to work your way through three people. First was Amberre, then her sales manager that dealt with the numbers to make the deal, and finally the financial services manager to work out incentives and finalize the deal. Somewhere in the middle a mistake was made in the price we agreed upon, so by the time we dealt with Kyle, the financial manager, he couldn't initially give us the car package at the agreed upon price. We obviously were very disappointed. Kyle worked with us through some incentives to at least get us more for the extra amount we'd have to pay due to their error. Although this wasn't ideal, we thought it was fair and still ended up buying the car. In the week before we got the car, a few things seemed to fall between the cracks due to the number of people involved in the sale. When we picked up the car not everything was completed. It took two more visits before everything was rectified. In each instance, Amberre stepped up for us, and got us everything that we were supposed to receive. I think all parties involved meant well, but the miscommunication and pricing mistake left us with a bit of a bad taste. Having said that, in the end we are happy with our car and all issues are now resolved. More
