They recently tried to take advantage of my wife's lacks of knowledge of cars and attempted to over charge her a ridiculous amount for a simple fix telling her that the replacement of a single lug nut post on the wheel would require several hours of labour. Thankfully she called me and we will take the Elantra somewhere else for the job. Upon reflection we realized that the recall on the back brakes which they were fixing on the same day required several hours of labour and that they were attempting to hit us for that time, and profit by the recall. Instead of offering to replace the post since they had to remove the back brakes for the recall, they were attempted to shift the cost of the recall to us. We will not return to this dealership. More
