I purchased a 2023 Subaru WRX from NewRoads Subaru from Johnathan and I must say both he and Dylan in finance are the kindest people I’ve met in awhile. Would not recommend this dealership. Predatory sale tactics. Price listed was not what was provided when looking at a used 2024 car. They want you to finance at crazy interest rates to receive the car at advertised price. When I asked if the loan was an open loan, I was told it was. Then the sales agent advised me if you pay it off early there is a penalty then started lecturing me about oh it’s like a closed fixed mortgage. Do not fall for the xx of them pushing a crazy high financing rates to get the car for the listed price. You can go to other Subaru dealerships which offer lower rates, open loans with no penalties on paying the car off early and who actually honour the price posted on their website and autotrader. There should be no penalty in wanting to pay cash for a car, which is already listed at market value. Yes, I will say in the bottom in ad it does show that to pay cash there was an additional fee of $2200 at the very end of a long disclaimer, which the sales agent did say it is hard to notice. So again poor sales tactics to promote paying large interest to get a car for again market value, would not recommend. More

I purchased a 2024 Volkswagen GTI from their pre-owned inventory. I was fully aware the vehicle had been in an accident, and I accepted that upfront. However, I was explicitly told that all replacement parts used were OEM and that the vehicle had been fully repaired and was in proper working condition. This turned out to be completely untrue. After taking delivery, it became clear that the repairs were poorly done and far from professional. Certain components—such as the mirror on the side of the accident—were not functioning properly, and the overall quality of the repair work was extremely sloppy. It’s obvious corners were cut. To make matters worse, the cargo cover was missing at pickup. When I raised this with the used car sales manager, Rob, he assured me he would follow up—but never did. His attitude throughout the interaction came across as dismissive and arrogant, which only added to the frustration. Shortly after I signed, the salesperson I dealt with was no longer with the dealership, leaving me with zero accountability or support. At that point, I had already paid what I now realize was more than a fair price for a vehicle in this condition. Transparency, honesty, and follow-through were all lacking in this experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here—especially pre-owned—to think twice and do a very thorough inspection before committing. More
