I wanted to look for a reliable vehicle and was apprehensive as a single woman of two teenage daughers. I found myself at Maciver Dodge and was automatically greeting with a warm smile as soon as I got there. The salesperson came over, introduced himself and right away I was at ease. His name is Michael Gregor, not only did he understand my frustration but, was happy to find me more of a vehicle then I expected.under the budget that I told him that I could afford. My daughters were also excited as the vehicle has a DVD in it and they announced that even they won't be embarrassed pulling up in a soccer-mom van. I would also like to extend a special thanks to Cathy and Brian in the Finance office for their patience on helping me get my financing done. My girlfriend and I went looking for a vehicle, after a few stops at other dealerships we stumbled onto Mike Greggor and we aere so happy we did! After a few negative experiences with salesman either being too pushy or uninterested in helping us, it was a breath of fresh air once we got to MacIver Dodge. Mike was freindly, knowledgeable and relaxed! We talked for a while and discussed what vehicles we thought we needed. He had his work cut out for him with us but he didn't seem to mind and made it feel like he was inviting the challenge. We soon realised that the little car we wanted wasn't going to fit what we needed. Mike saved us from a huge mistake in buying the wrong car. We've had it for a couple months now and everyday we get in the car I'm reminded how lucky we were to have come across Mike. I am the owner of a 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan, just a few weeks into the ownership. Mark Edwards was recommended to be by a mutual friend as a salesman with this dealership. Mark listened to my list of wants, I had originally thought used, but once the numbers were crunched, it was like splitting hairs for my needs in the van. I still grind teeth over the fact that my US friends buy the same make and model and pay much less than I do here in Canada but that isn't the dealerships fault. Oh well. What I wanted was found quickly, which was great and happy that Mark was able to do so for me. My only negative in the entire experience was when I drove out of the dealership after picking up the van, the gas tank was not full.Now I know my van was driven in from another lot over 200Km away but I think a full tank is a nice touch. Perhaps it was an oversight. Anyway, give the dealership a call and ask for Mark! More

I purchased my jeep at MacIver dodge a few weeks ago and love my new vehicle. I purchased it used through Mike Gregor. This was my third vehicle purchased but my first through a dealer. I was very happy with mike as a salesman, the vehicle was ready both times I went for a test drive and he was very helpful in answering any questions (even when he was off the clock, which was really appreciated!) he made the negotiations easy and explained everything very well, as well as answering my long list of questions. There was also never any pressure, he knew if I wanted the vehicle I'd buy it, so it was a more relaxed experience. Also he always responded to my calls/ emails very quickly, and never makes you feel like you're causing him any inconvenience. He's also very accomodating when it comes to times to meet up with him or to test drive the vehicle. Very nice guy and would highly recommend you talk to him if you're in the market for a used vehicle. Also the lady I spoke to in finance, I believe it was Kathleen(?) was very nice and helpful. I was only a bit disappointed in the quality of the 'detail' or cleaning that the truck had been given. It looked as if someone only spent minutes inside cleaning it. Not very thorough. Its just small stuff and hey no ones perfect, but its a new vehicle to the buyer and everyone wants it to look its best off the lot. No fault of my salesperson. Would still go back and purchase another vehicle from mike in a heartbeat, and have already recommended him to others. Overall a happy customer, and I've got an awesome vehicle! More
