We were very pleased with all aspects of our experience in purchasing a brand new Caravan at MacIver Dodge. Coming in with 2 young children makes decision-making very difficult, but our sales person (as well as several other staff) made it very easy for us to concentrate. The children were offered a movie to watch inside one of the new Caravans, as well as snacks and pizza - what more could kids ask for?! Our needs were very specific and our sales person considered every option in offering various vehicles to us within our price range. As such, we were able to choose which option made the most sense to us. My husband and I both greatly appreciated the no-nonsense, up-front price negotiations practiced at MacIver. There was none of the back-and-forth 'running to the manager for approval' at every turn. Regarding the negotiations of our trade-in vehicle, a fair price was offered straight off, that allowed us to take the offer without hesitation. Our experience left us feeling respected, with both sides feeling satisfied. I would not hesitate to recommend Paul Ferreira to a friend or colleague who is in the market for a new Dodge/Jeep vehicle. More
