One thing to remember is that the Customer should always be the #1 priority and no matter what, they should be treated just like anyone else. Not be told that "i am too busy dealing with customers and don't have time for this". Regardless of whether someone is going to purchase a car or not, 'word of mouth' is the best and cheapest form of advertising available, so each person should be treated like they are. Secondly, consumers have rights, plain and simple. Don't try to pull one over on a customer and think that you can get away with it. O.M.V.I.C. was created for a reason. So to all who think they have been wronged, please contact O.M.V.I.C. and they will help you resolve it. So to the owners of MacIver, i emplore you to review your 'culture' at your dealership and make any necessary changes that you need to improve, it will pay dividends to you in the future. You need to do what is best for your Dealership, not your employees! Job security is a thing of the past, so trying to ignore the customer about what they are saying about your employees that is not positive will only hurt your business, not help it. More

He went above and beyond because we realized that a van that had everything we wanted was out of our price range so he found one for us that was slightly used and last year model but had everything we wanted and was in our price range. He was also excellent with our two little kids interacting and playing with them during the whole process. We were beyond satisfied with his customer service and will definitely be back when it's time for a new van. More
