Dale kept me well informed as to the status of locating and finding the exact vehicle I was looking for. I would rcommend Dale to any of my friends & family. Great job Dale. My only concern was the state of the vehicle upon delivery, vehicle was not cleaned properly for a new vehicle delivery, dirty exterior, windows dirty and water marks on the interior , This vehicle was not in delivery condition by no means. I would recommend that the dealership take a little more pride in how the vehicle is detailed for delivery. Again thanks Dale for all your help . Donna More

Great Empathy Came in to buy a dipstick for my 2008 300 and saw a 2011 300 on the lot, Peter Munger saw me and offered to help. With a few probes he steered me to Came in to buy a dipstick for my 2008 300 and saw a 2011 300 on the lot, Peter Munger saw me and offered to help. With a few probes he steered me to a 2014 and astonished it was near the price I had in mind for the 2011. What a deal. Extremely helped by Peter and Joe (Fort Myers Joe) where we both spend time in the winters. Great staff in your preowned dept. and very helpful, not pushy. Glad I bought from MacIver More

Oversold and lack of responsibillty Purchased a Dodge Journey in January 2015. Deal took over 3 weeks to close since it was brought in from another dealership ... I thought that's fine . Purchased a Dodge Journey in January 2015. Deal took over 3 weeks to close since it was brought in from another dealership ... I thought that's fine . When Vechicle arrives and after I signed off the paperwork , the Vechicle bumper was chipped and damaged. I was not informed of this as I was expecting a great quality dodge. They assured me the body shop would buff it up and look like the rest of the Vechicle. I said that was fine. When I went to pick up the dodge, not only was it not fixed but it got worse !!! They removed the other dealership logo and said they don't put their own on .... I asked why it wasn't fixed as they stated and they said the body shop was busy !!! This is a deal almost 4 weeks in and had the truck for a week but they were "busy". He said to bring it in on service. So guess what , I brought It in, twice now and mentioned it everytime. Nothing got done and the person who sold me the truck no longer works there. I'm fed up, I no longer take my truck there anymore and would rather pay myself to have it fixed then listen to another excuse. Due to the poor experience , that dealership has lost my business and I would travel a greater distance to use another for my services. Horrible experience, save yourself th headaches. When people ask what happened to my bumper, I'm happy to tell them the story. !!!! More

They did what it took to get me into a new 2015 Ram without This dealership was recommended to me. I traded in my 2010 Ram for a new EcoDiesel. I found the one I wanted on their lot with just the options I want This dealership was recommended to me. I traded in my 2010 Ram for a new EcoDiesel. I found the one I wanted on their lot with just the options I wanted. Took it out for three test drives. Michael was there to answer my questions through email or in person. He made sure I was tended to and got all I needed. I came in after work extending past their closing time to complete the deal. That repeated again for the financing. The financing was completed, I'm very happy with my new purchase! Thanks Michael. More
