Purchase of a 2015 Ram 1500 truck Micheal was very patient with me as I am picky when it comes to the items I wanted in a truck. I was turned off a few dealerships when the guy on the Micheal was very patient with me as I am picky when it comes to the items I wanted in a truck. I was turned off a few dealerships when the guy on the phone / email responds, "I have over 30 years selling trucks, you don't need that feature". When I asked Mike about a particular feature (Anti-Spin Differential) he said lets find a truck that has it. Most of my communications was by way of email and text on his cell phone, as I do not live close and Mike never lost faith in me as a real buyer. Great service when I bought my car I 've done my deep research when i arrived this dealership. So, I knew all features and review's of the vehicle I wanted to buy (dodge grand caravan). In fact, I was looking for a good deal among dealerships. This was the 3rd one I was dealing with. I dealt with 'Dale Dever'. The best thing I can tell about him is he listened very carefully to me and what I want, but didn't try to push to sell me what he has in his inventory that does not fit into all my needs completely (as oppose to some dealers!). He searched other dealers inventory till finally found the car exactly with features I wanted. He gave me a reasonable discount as well. After the deal, he fully reviewed car's features with me, which was great and helpful. Overall, I am happy with his service and recommand him if you want to buy a car. More
