Exceeds expectations I am young, this is my third new car purchase and I got the absolute pleasure of dealing with Dale Dever. I went to several dealers with no success. I was even told by one that they could not get me the car I wanted, it can't even be ordered and I should buy another one instead! That all changed with Dale. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable, attentive and professional, but he also has a great sense of humour. He got me the vehicle I wanted WITHOUT hesitation and I had the keys in 3 days. He also is a real professional in that fact he took the time to go over vehicle features, their use, maintenance and so much more. I left knowing more about my vehicle and the dealership than I ever expected. Great service when I bought my car I 've done my deep research when i arrived this dealership. So, I knew all features and review's of the vehicle I wanted to buy (dodge grand caravan). In fact, I was looking for a good deal among dealerships. This was the 3rd one I was dealing with. I dealt with 'Dale Dever'. The best thing I can tell about him is he listened very carefully to me and what I want, but didn't try to push to sell me what he has in his inventory that does not fit into all my needs completely (as oppose to some dealers!). He searched other dealers inventory till finally found the car exactly with features I wanted. He gave me a reasonable discount as well. After the deal, he fully reviewed car's features with me, which was great and helpful. Overall, I am happy with his service and recommand him if you want to buy a car. More

My only concern was the state of the vehicle upon delivery, vehicle was not cleaned properly for a new vehicle delivery, dirty exterior, windows dirty and water marks on the interior , This vehicle was not in delivery condition by no means. I would recommend that the dealership take a little more pride in how the vehicle is detailed for delivery. Again thanks Dale for all your help . Donna More

Great Empathy Came in to buy a dipstick for my 2008 300 and saw a 2011 300 on the lot, Peter Munger saw me and offered to help.
