Bought A Used Grand Cherokee Limited I was looking for a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee me and my wife were traveling from Collingwood to Barrie than on to Newmarket When we came across I was looking for a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee me and my wife were traveling from Collingwood to Barrie than on to Newmarket When we came across New Roads. I pull in and right away I spotted 2 Grand Cherokees one was grey and the other black and I went right to the black one when a sales man approached me and ask if he could help and I asked how much and he said that it had just came in, and he didn't have a price yet. But he would be right back to find out for me and came back and I was very interested and we exchanged names and his Name was Stefan Seemungal He was a super nice young man and very helpful and after looking on and off for about 2 years I bought the 2014 Black Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Good vehicle for good price From the moment I walked into the Dealership, Mike Gregor greeted us with a friendly smile and encouragement, making buying a vehicle less intimidatin From the moment I walked into the Dealership, Mike Gregor greeted us with a friendly smile and encouragement, making buying a vehicle less intimidating. I had found two vehicles online I was interested in, but one was still being serviced, so he showed me one I asked about and another that he knew would be good for my situation. I ended up choosing the alternate van as it was newer (a 2014) with only a few more kilometers on it than the other, but for a lot less money. They got the van I chose ready for me quickly and a few days later I took it home. There were a few cosmetic things that I discovered needed fixing and Mike was quick to reassure me that they would take care of me for free. He even arranged for me to have a loaner van; suitable for our family's requirement for room for a wheelchair, due to my daughter's cerebral palsy. He kept in contact with me during the time I was driving the loaner van, reassuring me that everything was being looked after and was always available to answer all my questions. When my van was ready for me to pick up he was there with his warm smile to make sure that I got my keys and was happy with everything. They didn't need to do as much as they did, but they did it anyway. I chose to go from Collingwood all the way to Newmarket to purchase my van at New Roads Chrysler, because I'd heard good things about it and I would definitely recommend New Roads Chrysler and Mike Gregor, to others too. I wish I could leave a review on google for them too, to thank them for the way they looked after me, but for some reason it won't allow me to. Cheers Mike Gregor. Thanks for all you did! More
