Since the first time we walked in, he greeted us with open arms and treated us with honesty and respect. We felt the trust right away, but then was also proven along the way. This last experience has been one of the best. With Jim's guidance, knowledge and advice we chose a vehicle right for us. Jim considered our needs and our needs only. We chose an Orlando which we are so glad to be driving. The car is amazing. It drives well, it's spacious and is great on gas. We hope to see more on the road. We've gotten so many compliments. The dealership is alwayways looking for the most efficient way of resolving my car issues, they accomodate my schedule and are always getting me the proer loaner when i need it. I was really interested in the Buick LaCrosse Ultra but I thought it was out of my price range. Because this is such a big purchase for me I asked Lucio 1000 questions about the different options I had and n thought it was out of my price range. My overall purchase experience with New Roads Chevrolet was excellent. The key driving reason the excellent experience was solely due to the sales person I worked with - Lucio Defrancesca. Lucio took the time to find out what my purchase needs were and worked with me on various solutions to best achieve these objectives in a cost and time effective manner, which also resulted in me purchasing "right vehicle that fit my needs and at great Price". I would recommend anyone to contact Lucio first when in the market for a new vehcile as his professionalism, product knowledge and people skills are "best in class" within the car industry.
