This was my first purchase of a brand new car and I was nervous but with the help of Robert Rubin it went extremely well and was stress free. The New Roads dealership has been the best dealership I have dealt with. Stef is very personable, accommodating, and very knowledgeable of his product. Jason Williams was our excellent service advisor and we were sorry to see NYCO move to Newmarket. This year, after we checked out other dealers for another used GM vehicle, we ended up going to New Roads in Newmarket, even though it's out of our way. (We live in Thornhill). We weren't disappointed. Ali Jamal expertly arranged to have several cars to look at when we arrived and it didn't take long to close a deal that we were very happy with. Ali was very knowledgeable and great to deal with and followed up quickly after the sale. My wife especially liked the way Ali Jamal and the staff at New Roads included her in the discussions from service to financing, which from her experience... doesn't always happen ! More

I have purchased vechiles from Stef for the past 14 years. I would not buy from anybody else. When Stef moved from Slessor's, I followed.
