In short, we had an after market warranty related issue regarding our transmission that couldn't be fixed unless we agreed to be on the hook for over 15 hours of labour at other unnamed GM dealerships. Indeed, Roger was correct and came through. Not only did they figure out the issues but he was also able to have the entire transmission replaced under warranty! Roger saved our family over $4000 in repair costs...as far as we're concerned, Roger's attention to detail, customer service and overall knowledge in the service advisory position is second to none.
