I have been visiting several dealerships over the last few weeks, and I must say this dealership has the best staff by far. I was pretty nervous about purchasing a brand new car and Steven Leadbeater ma few weeks, and I must say this dealership has the best staff by far. I was pretty nervous about purchasing a brand new car and Steven Leadbeater made the entire process painless for me (my husband was very happy). Steven spoke to me in a way that was very comforting and I could understand. Once we decided on a vehicle he went to bat for me to get the best price. He did not disappoint. Once I was ready to buy, he introduced me to a wonderful new mom Mary-Anne Hart to help prepare all of the paperwork. We even kept them there an hour past closing time doing all the paperwork and not one complaint to be heard. Once the car was ready to be picked up we had to meet with Marilyn Pearn, who really knows her job. I had writers cramp by the time I was finished signing all the papers. I really have to say that these 3 people really made buying my first brand new car a very pleasurable experience. The one part that really stood out to me was that Steven took us around to all of the different departments and introduced us to everyone. He told everyone the car I bought and that these are the people who would look after me and my car. It was a good "family" vibe and from there on I knew I was in a good place. We have regularly brought our GM automobiles to Roger Waithe specifically for his level of service. • went in for an oil change, waited approx 2 hours, RIDICULOUS amount of time to wait • received a survey from GM and completed it • received an email from employee in record time GREAT • employee e RIDICULOUS amount of time to wait • received a survey from GM and completed it • received an email from employee in record time GREAT • employee emailed and gave us a free oil change • down the road when it came time for the oil change, Jason said he had no knowledge of it • spoke to his manager and the manager said he would look into it but never called back • GM got in touch with us and sent us a free oil change at any GM dealership • still upset with New Roads • super nice for a car sale but obviously they don't understand what CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT after the sale • we ripped off the license plate cover that they installed without our consent = NO FREE advertising for them • our sense is that they just roll the cars in and out • it's all about the MONEY=GREED More
