A lot of dealerships have this old/tired breathing down your neck vibe. So I was pleasantly surprised to have an enthusiastic energetic and honest sales associate. Jennifer was able to narrow down my must haves over wants. She was honest and pointed me in the right direction and told me straight up when I didn't need anything. She didn't breathe fire down my neck when I declined some of the offers. Jenn was the first associate I've ever dealt with that listened to my concerns of servicing the car as I've had some bad experiences so she introduced me to their service team (Nunzio Piccinni) who was also very nice and hilarious! She was a pleasure to deal with and made my decision a breeze! Thanks to her I now love my Equinox!! More

Excellent Experience Ray was the person my husband and I dealt with. From the time we entered in the dealership we were greeted with great customer service. He was able to explain with much patience the difference between the vehicles in question. After speaking with Ray and exploring the options, we decided that we were to return after making a decision. We returned the same day in the evening. Now this happened on a Saturday and the dealership was closing at 6:00 p.m. We were able to get there at 5:30. At no time, we felt, rushed out the door, or experienced any negative attitude not only from Ray but also his colleagues. They were very courteous and professional. We were able to close the deal and walked out of the dealership at 7:30 p.m. Even though they were supposed to close at 6:00 Ray did everything to make us feel comfortable. He was gracious, calm, and maintained his professionalism. When I returned to pick up the vehicle, I was greeted with exactly the same enthusiasm , and friendly attitude by Ray. He also helped me take off my son's car seat from my old vehicle. Very helpful and I truly appreciated his assistance. The interesting part about this is that this dealership was the first and only dealership we visited. And the funny thing about it is that we were not even interested in purchasing a GMC vehicle. We were going to purchase a Toyota highlander but after going to NewRoads Dealership we walked away with a GMC Acadia. Thank you Ray and the rest of the team for all your help. More
