They did a good job taking care of the major body work and detailing but when I brought the car home I had to wipe stains in the cup holder, a crusted substance off my passenger seat, wipe and vacuum the backseat cup holder/storage and a stain on the dash. Also while I was negotiating Elyse had to go to her manager for a couple of things and he never even came to introduce himself. I felt my business was not appreciated. I manage a sales team myself and whenever my input is needed I always come to meet the customer. So for Elyse and Stephanie I give them both 5 stars. For the dealership itself and support staff I give 2 stars. More

Several issues encountered. 1. Inspection package and tire rotation resulted in the locking lug nuts removed and not replaced. Why I was not informed I cannot understand. 1. Inspection package and tire rotation resulted in the locking lug nuts removed and not replaced. Why I was not informed I cannot understand. After confronting the team they agreed to replace. The issues is I now need to go back to the dealership to pick them up and install. 2. Transmission oil change and filter work completed is questionable. The transmission oil pan has to be removed in order to drain the oil and replace the filter. My concern is I cannot see where this was completed. The transmission oil pan is covered in dirt with no hand marks or oil showing it was removed. Very concerning. I am worried the oil was pumped out the oil check and the proper service was not complete. Time to speak with the manager. 3. Motor oil change complete without issues 4. On the service before this time the cabin filter was removed and debris fell into the fan. As a result I had to remove the filter and fix myself. 5. While the truck was in warranty we investigate a squeak coming from the truck during acceleration/deacceleration. No one in the team could identify the issues. After going on the internet I found the reason for the issue is a flap on the exhaust. I understand such issues can be difficult to identify however assume this could have been managed better.
