Good Experience We recently purchased a demo 2015 Chevrolet Impala LTZ. The salesman was excellent, very patient and helpful, no pressure. Just an easy going friendly person who made us feel welcome and answered all of our questions. On the day we picked it up, Stef spent some time showing me how all the bells and whistles work and did it with a sense of humour, leaving me to feel like I could go back to him at any time with questions. I will definitely return to him again for future purchases. Marilyn was great too when it came time to finalize the deal. The only concern I have is that the extended warranty was presented as 7 years, but the cap of 100 000 km wasn't mentioned until the day I picked up the car. Not a big deal though, just a small point. Overall the whole experience was comfortable, and fun! Can't wait for our first road trip. More

UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I have looking since Christmas for a used Suv/ Crossover with Awd for my mother who is 76 and has mobility problems! I have visited many dealerships and test drove many vehicles. Most the salesman were pushy and only wanted my cash!.They seemed not to care about my needs or my moms. So I kept the hunt going. The end of March a noticed a beautiful AWD GMC Terrain at Newroads in Newmarket , ON. I called to inquire first and in 20 seconds I had a gentleman on the phone who said they could accommodate ALL my needs. In my mind I said" heard this before". So I figured I would make the 5 hour drive from Manitoulin Island up north where my mom and I live out in the sticks. Once I arrived I was greater with smiles and a bit of humour which always take the stress off of buying a used car. ( who wants to buy a lemon)??? Anyways Steph sits me down and goes over all details first and makes sure this will fit and suit my mom even before we talk test drive / money/ trade in/ etc. I had certain delivery demands/ timelines/ licensing issues/ trade in problems/ etc that I had to make sure they could accommodate. Wow!!!!! They took care of everything. Now it's test drive time. Steph first goes over every single thing about the car for 5 -10 min even before he puts it in Drive. No rush at all and was 100 percent committed to me even if he was getting a text or a page he didn't loose his concentration or phase him. He wanted to make me happy and not make me wait even if he could of had a bigger and better deal at the time. That's how I found all the staff at this dealership. Committed to the customer! Even though they are going through a major Reno and labourers were everywhere working away. The car ended up being amazing!!! It was the one for sure!!!!.back up cameras and room for a walker, easy features for her to use, and absolutely safe! Now for the time to talk to Sean in Fianance. He was very detailed in exactly what u are getting and how everything would work on MY timeline requested . He went over the warranty which I really wanted for my mom and made me feel that everything would straight forward with no hidden BS. The delivery/pick up was exactly how I requested! Vehicle absolutely gleaming and detailed! You could eat off that engine!!!! Anyways, I wanted to give these guys a great review because I have bought lots of vehicles in my life but I have not had a experience like this!
