About a year ago, I visited this dealership to purchase a Toyota Corolla. At the time of purchase, despite the persistent pressure from the salesperson named Ashkan and their finance manager Anna Simhovich, Toyota Corolla. At the time of purchase, despite the persistent pressure from the salesperson named Ashkan and their finance manager Anna Simhovich, I explicitly refused to add any protections or extra packages to the contract. I clearly stated that I did not want any of them. However, nearly a year later, when I started to question the amount being deducted from my account in monthly payments, I discovered that they had secretly added miscellaneous charges totaling up to $7,000 to my account on the day I picked up the vehicle. To address this issue, I approached their sales manager, Younes, and their general manager, Chris. To my surprise, I realized that this was not just a mistake made by the salesperson or finance manager. It appeared to be part of an organized internal structure that facilitates such actions, as neither of the managers made the slightest effort to investigate the matter or hold their staff accountable. Instead, they simply told me that since more than a year had passed since the purchase, I no longer had the right to raise any objections. When I shared this experience in a social media group, I was shocked to find that several other individuals had gone through similar experiences with this dealership and also with Toyota Newmarket — both of which are owned by the same holding company.
