I have given this rating because of the respect and knowledge that Bill Ralph has plus being extremely professional. My family has been buying GM cars since the 60's and my Cruze is the second car I b knowledge that Bill Ralph has plus being extremely professional. If Bill Ralph left Myers I'm not sure if I would buy cars from Myers, I love the dealership but whats more important to me, is that Bill treats his customers with care and doesn't neglect anyone,. I personaly always look forward to talk to Bill even when I am visiting for regular maintenance of my car. Another mention I would like to acknowledge is David Fields,.. he worked extremely hard for me to get me the deal I wanted and walked me through the entire process of buying a new car along with the numbers, Very friend person and deserves alot of praise his way, Bill and David both do to be honest, these two could run a dealership themselves no issues at all. It is because of fantastic people like Bill Ralph and David Fields and myself and my family keep coming back, and we will continue to do so! More
