Getting warrantied repairs approved was very difficult and required a two month delay and direct contact with the general manager and Infiniti Canada. It's distressing that the product is defective, but the lack of concern and customer service from Infiniti is unforgivable for a brand that labels itself luxury. I will return this car at the end of the lease (one year from now) and will never return to Infiniti or Myers, and recommend you look at the many excellent luxury and luxury-entry options available and steer clear of this dealer and Infiniti.
