Service Review I purchased my 2018 Grand Cherokee a few months ago from GO Auto Mississauga with approx 31 k. When I brought Jeep in for nail in tire, they advised m I purchased my 2018 Grand Cherokee a few months ago from GO Auto Mississauga with approx 31 k. When I brought Jeep in for nail in tire, they advised me my maintenance service for 32k is up and the cost would have been over a 1000.00. Wow that type of cost just a few months after I purchased the vehicle, not impressed. Iggy advised me the important maintenance to do now would be the front and back axel fluid. Me not knowing too much about vehicle repairs I said do it, even though I really only drive the vehicle short distances no 4x4 being summer, so along with tire repair, oil change etc, and the axel fluid, a cost of 512.00, better than a thousand. I have purchased many preowned vehicles and never a maintenance like this a few months after purchase. The service was excellent, my four star rating is based on the 32k maintenance which should of been done being so close to this mileage when I purchased it. Kind regards, More

He also made sure that I received a great deal for my trade-in and showed me a stunning vehicle which I later purchased. The only negative point that I look back on is that I initially told him that I preferred a black on black on black vehicle (grill, exterior and leather seat colour) and he brought out a two tone with a chrome grill to test drive. I would’ve liked to have been explained that not all Ram 1500 models come with customizable grill colours or at least been educated a little more on the different models to comply with my original request. Faizan has a very patient personality which helped me feel more at ease when dealing with the financial portion my vehicle purchase. The only point I have for Faizan is to make sure that he responds to his emails even if it’s just to acknowledge that he received them. My sister and I had to call him on more than two occasions to verify that he had received our emails. I would still recommend this dealership to my friends and family and certainly recommend Moe for any future business!! More
