Called re engine light on in a 2012 Chrysler 300. Went to dealer, they flashed computer. The only reason I know this is I read the work order. Upon leaving the dealership I was handed the key and work order, no mention of what was done or why. The lady who took the information from me was rude and basically made me feel I was bothering her( she no longer works there). About a week goes by engine light back on so I called, had to leave message on answering machine, 24 hours goes by before they call back. Poor service so I called dealer principal Doug Ingram, who really didn't show much empathy, half hearted apology. I go back and they reflash computer. About another week later check engine light back on. Called again and they now say it needs a fuel pressure sensor replaced. Few days later they call and I go in to have sensor replaced. Less than a week later check engine light back on. I call and make apt to have checked yet again. Just before the 1 30 pm appointment I arrive sign work order and go to waiting area. 45 mins goes by and nothing.I looked outside and car right where I parked it. Not even touched. I go back to service dept, sure enough not touched, told them to give me my key and I will go elsewhere to get fixed. Service manager calls, left message on my ans machine saying :don't know what happened but want to apologize face to face" What a joke! He doesn't know what happened but wants to apologize. Yea right. How can you apologize for something or fix it when you don't know what happened???? The service at this dealership is so terrible I recommend that you stay away from this place. They will never se another penny from me .Oh and I called Chrysler customer service over a day ago and heard nothing back from them. Makes me think Chrysler is doomed yet again!
