I set a near impossible task with 4 Hyundai dealers, 3 in the lower mainland and one in Kelowna. Thomas was the only one who suggested a different approach in purchasing my 2013 Sonata Ltd with nav. This resulted in a savings to me and beat the other dealers offers. The one stipulation was the "out the door price". He still suceeded in getting me a price that i was satisfied with. I requested 4 extras and was not pressured into adding extras that i did not want or need. He was very friendly and at the beginning i only asked for his card and explained what I would do and when i would call. About a month later i was ready to buy and everything was done over the internet and through email. Well done Thomas. - Secondly i dealt with Kimberly Rose in finance. You all know that we have to see the finance manager. I was prepared to pay cash for the vehicle but the financing was to my advantage instead of paying cash. As this was near the end of the month there was a possibility that the next month the financing would be better. Sure enough it was and there was a verbal agreement that if the financing was better in the next month they would adjust the inital agreement to reflect the new financing. This i felt was above and beyond. Another well done to Kimberly. More

The prices are higher than other Hyundai places (service) I have resorted to other service areas for minor things like transmission oil service which was far cheaper elsewhere. If only they dropped the service prices. They will price match but I find this a chore. More

I found Andrew very friendly and helpful. Upon overview of my vehicle a small bulge was noticed on one of the tires. Andrew helped arrange with Parts and Services to have the tire replaced in a timely man of my vehicle a small bulge was noticed on one of the tires. Andrew helped arrange with Parts and Services to have the tire replaced in a timely manner and in accordance with my schedule, which would require Ben from Parts and Services to stay late. In order for me to not go without a vehicle, I was required to bring my vehicle in to have the faulty tire removed and my spare put on and then to return the next day once my new tire arrived and have it remounted. For my inconvenience, Andrew gave me the I-phone adaptor (which I had really wanted). Once my new tire was mounted, I noticed that it had a duller finish than the rest of the tires. So, Andrew personally sprayed and wiped ALL my tires! It may have been a small thing, but I believe it's all the little things that add up and account for a lot. Though I appreciate that Ben stayed to accommodate my schedule and replace my tire, the small touches such as taking me to my vehicle and going over the work that had been done to assure that I was satisfied as well as simply spraying and wiping the tires so it looked new and shiny like the rest of them would've been touches that I feel make Excellent Customer Service.
