I have a 2008 Vera Cruz which has been a great vehicle. recently we've had some challenges with the electrical system, causing the vehicle to shut down completely. Danny and Charlie were simply outstanding. They ensured the vehicle was looked at in a timely manner minimizing the time in the shop. These guys are extremely professional, easing my concern as to the problem with the vehicle and making sure we could take it home repaired that day. over the top impressed I read the 'vision' statement in the showroom that said they wanted all clients to be 'raving fans'. I confess that I read such statements with a measure of skepticism. Yesterday I brought my 2015 Sonata in for a level 3 service. I also shared my dissatisfaction with how the paint protection was standing up. I was very impressed with how they responded to my concerns, how they took my questions seriously, and how they provided several extras in the service that went beyond my expectation. Now I know they take the vision statement seriously and work hard to serve. Sign me up - I'm a raving fan of such personal and comprehensive service. More

Best car buying experience I have ever had I've been an Acura customer for 17 years. When I went to look for a 3-row SUV, however, I test drove pretty much every 3-row SUV including the MDX. I I've been an Acura customer for 17 years. When I went to look for a 3-row SUV, however, I test drove pretty much every 3-row SUV including the MDX. I ended up choosing the Santa Fe because it had all the bells and whistles and performance of a luxury car at a great price. I ended up buying it at Murray Hyundai because my experience there was HEADS and SHOULDERS above all the other dealerships I had visited, including Acura.  They definitely deserve their stellar dealer ratings.  I had been treated to the stereotypical "used car salesman" gimmicks (do they really think we can't see through that crap?) at every dealership until I got to Murray Hyundai.  I can't say enough about the team there, from Peter, who was so knowledgable and treated me and my six-year old with such patience and respect (a seriously nice and honest guy), to Andrew and Travis, the best sales managers I've ever dealt with,  to Melissa and Amanda in the Finance office, and to Dana, the wonderful insurance guru. There was no haggling, they just quietly gave me the best price.   And it was, even compared to the same vehicle at another Hyundai dealership I had visited early on in the process.  Even when we had a small glitch in terms of the price quoted,  they stood behind their word and made it right, which blew me away. To me, the most telling thing about a company's integrity is how they handle things when stuff goes awry.  These folks are the real deal and I will be sending all my friends and family their way.  Best car buying experience EVER!  Best of all, I love, love LOVE the car and couldn't be happier with my purchase. Seriously, avoid the grief and just start with Murray Hyundai. I wish I had!  More

Colin was very knowledgeable and helpful but we were not pressured by anyone. It made purchasing a new vehicle a great experience and Melissa was wonderful guiding us through the business end of things. Their service since then has been exceptional. We came from Port Coquitlam because of the good reviews and were not disappointed! We would highly recommend Murray Hyundai. More
