As a 67 year old widow, I wasn't looking forward to trying to buy a car and was quite hesitant to start looking. But when I arrived at Murray Hyundai, I started to relax. And now, I would highly recommend Murray Hyundai to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Everyone I dealt with was so friendly and sincerely nice. The receptionist - whether I was calling in or at her desk - was so friendly and helpful. Everyone was just great. They all made me feel more at ease. Just generally a fantastic experience. Kind of meets most expectations First the positives, friendly, happy, great prices and always trying........... Now in saying this I expect this as a bare minimum!! What I always expect is great communication and that's where this group falls short and could use some training or something. It wasn't even necessarily with me but it was between the personnel that are in the same building. I would call one important department who would tell be they hadn't heard about things from another person which in my opinion should have already moved along the chain of events. Anyways, I have again verbally shared this with management as this is our third vehicle purchase from this dealership. Maybe the fourth time will be the charm!! Very happy with the vehicle!! Thanks!
