I came back !! I wanted to buy a new truck and Murray GM was my choice as I had been there before on a scout mission, and I left with a good feeling. When I came bac I wanted to buy a new truck and Murray GM was my choice as I had been there before on a scout mission, and I left with a good feeling. When I came back to purchase I was greeted by Rick Mathers and we had a chat about what I was looking for. Rick listened to me and went over all my wants and needs and out to the yard we went and he put me in the Elivation as I wanted a full size truck, I slapped a 1000.00 deposit and drove it home, I thought all was good however the wife said take it back we are not buying a new truck so with my pride hurt I went back and returned the truck and it was at this point Rick showed his true colors and handled my obvious disappointment made me feel that hey maybe not today but we here at Murray will be glad to have you back. Well back I came and I drove away in a 2018 Canyon SLT I love it and so does the wife. More

Above and Beyond It has been my experience, that Murray's Service personnel consistently go, "Above and Beyond" what one would normally expect from an automobile servi It has been my experience, that Murray's Service personnel consistently go, "Above and Beyond" what one would normally expect from an automobile service department. EXAMPLES: I discovered during a recent power outage due to an ice-storm, that my Cadillac Esplanade (recently purchased from Murray's GMC) failed to charge the battery in my RV trailer. Dave in service diagnosed the problem as an uninstalled wiring harness within minutes. The problem was fixed within a couple of hours. To my pleasant surprise, Dave had the technicians also install the wiring harness for the pending, yet uninstalled trailers braking system. Albeit I had not asked for this to be done, Murray (once again) went... "Above and Beyond". And... as a bonus, my filthy Esplanade was nicely washed and the tires pressures were equalized.
